Founded in 2006 in Xuzhou, a historic city in China, Jiangsu Oumei Steel Structure & Curtain Wall Technology Co., Ltd. is a large comprehensive construction enterprise integrating steel structure, space frame, curtain wall, and tubular truss businesses. Its predecessor, Jiangsu Bayi Space Frame Group Co., Ltd., was originally established in 1956 and was affiliated with the Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army of China.
The company currently occupies a 100-mu factory site with a total workshop area of over 50,000 square meters, including a 5,000-square-meter professional environmental-friendly painting workshop. It is equipped with modern production lines for steel structures, tubular trusses, and space frames, with an annual output of 150,000 tons. Its professional curtain wall construction team delivers an annual construction area of 500,000 square meters. The company's main products cover steel structures, space frames, curtain walls, tubular trusses, heavy steel structures, and multi-story steel structures, with mature construction experience in steel structure bridges, trestles, large-span spatial structures, and multi-story heavy steel structures.
The company has successively established branch offices in Shenzhen, Zhengzhou, Hefei, Chengdu, Qinghai, South China, Kunming, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Linyi, Chifeng, Bengbu, and other locations. After more than a decade of development, Oumei Steel Construction has grown into a full-industry-chain comprehensive service enterprise with Class I Qualification for Professional Contracting of Steel Structure Engineering, Class A Qualification for Steel Structure Design, Class I Qualification for Professional Contracting of Building Curtain Wall Engineering, Class A Qualification for Building Curtain Wall Design, Class II Qualification for Professional Contracting of Foundation and Foundation Engineering, and Special Grade Qualification for Bolt-ball Space Frame Structure Manufacturing, all approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China. It now operates three major production bases: the Shenzhen Heavy Steel Production Base, the Zhengzhou Light Steel Production Base, and the Xi'an Steel Structure Production Base, forming an industrial layout centered in Xuzhou and radiating to surrounding provinces. Through years of technical accumulation, the company has cultivated a high-quality talent team with competence, experience, and innovative spirit. It currently has over 600 employees, including 16 first-class registered constructors, 5 national first-class registered structural engineers, 2 national first-class registered architects, 16 senior engineers, 58 engineers, and 136 professional welders.
Oumei Steel Construction adopts advanced computer-aided design software in the industry, attaches great importance to technological investment, and has established training bases with China University of Mining and Technology and Xuzhou College of Architecture. It has jointly run schools with China University of Mining and Technology, offering disciplines such as Welding Technology, Engineering Installation, Processing Technology, Graphic Design, Steel Structure Application Design and Construction, Mechatronics, and Marketing and Trade. The company has also established industry-university-research cooperation with multiple research institutes to continuously cultivate and introduce outstanding talents. It has obtained 2 invention patents and 27 utility model patents, and is recognized as a provincial-level enterprise technology R&D center. It has successively established Yuanhua Space Structure Design Co., Ltd. and Xuzhou Yintian Steel Structure Research Institute, achieving a brilliant transformation from a pure processing enterprise to a technology-driven, independent R&D enterprise.

The excellent rate of completed projects reaches 80%, and the pass rate is 100%.
